TekSynap Corp. lost its challenge to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s award of a $153 million IT services contract to Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions LLC.
The US Court of Federal Claims issued its judgment Aug. 18, siding with the government and Chenega on the administrative record.
The court’s opinion is under seal.
TekSynap’s court protest followed an unsuccessful challenge at the Government Accountability Office.
The GAO on Jan. 5 said TekSynap wasn’t an interested party that could allege Chenega had an impaired objectivity organizational conflict of interest.
