Sex Abuse Claims Reinstated Against Michael Jackson’s Companies

Two of Michael Jackson’s corporations must face reinstated sexual abuse claims by two of the deceased entertainer’s alleged victims following a change in California law that gave them up to their 40th birthdays to sue, a California appeals court said.

The changed law, effective Jan. 1, 2020, makes the claims by Wade Robson and James Safechuck against MJJ Productions Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc. timely, the California Court of Appeal, Second District, said.
