PKF Overtakes Deloitte in UK Audits as Part of Small Firm Surge

Two of the top five listed company auditors in the UK are now from outside of the Big Four firms, according to figures released Tuesday which showed smaller firms picking up market share as big firms shed smaller clients.

Adviser Rankings Ltd., which tracks the UK audit market, said that PKF Littlejohn LLP had overtaken Deloitte LLP to become the fifth largest auditor by number of listed companies in August.
