A Finish Line Inc. worker dropped his suit alleging the company violated the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination when another employee hired and then raped him as a teenager.

The plaintiff, identified as D.A., alleged in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey that he was sexually assaulted and raped in 2003 by the manager or assistant manager of a Finish Line store.

Attorneys for the plaintiff and Finish Line entered a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice to Judge Robert B. Kugler on Aug. 19.
