The House Homeland Security Committee is hitting the Biden administration with a subpoena to get information about an immigration parole program, escalating the panel’s conflict with the Department of Homeland Security.
Chairman Mark Green (R-Tenn.) notified DHS on Monday, complaining that the department was taking too long to provide documents the committee requested in April on a special program that allows select Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to enter the US and obtain work permits.
