The Biden administration continues to fight Louisiana’s lawsuit centered around the EPA’s civil rights actions, asking a federal district court to dismiss the case.
The Department of Justice filed a request in the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana to have Louisiana v. EPA scrapped, citing the Environmental Protection Agency’s abrupt closure of two Title VI investigations into a heavily polluted Louisiana corridor last month.
