Deborah Misir has joined Cullen and Dykman as a partner in its commercial litigation department, the firm said Wednesday.
Misir has served as town attorney for the Town of Huntington as well as practiced commercial and employment law at Lally & Missir in Mineola, N.Y. She has experience providing counsel on complex civil and appellate litigation, administrative investigations and proceedings, regulatory compliance, and public policy issues, according to Cullen and Dykman.
She also previously served in President George W. Bush’s administration as deputy assistant secretary of policy at the US Department of Labor, ethics attorney in the White House Counsel’s Office, and chief of staff of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
