Clark Hill has combined Irish law firm HBMO Solicitors with its Dublin office, the firm said Monday.
HBMO Solicitors specializes in commercial property, litigation, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and private client services, according to Clark Hill.
The firm, which was formerly known as Noel Smyth and Partners, will transition 10 solicitors and support staff to Clark Hill.
