An Alabama federal district court ruled that Central Alabama Food Services is entitled to summary judgment on a sex discrimination claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of a male assistant project manager who alleged that he was terminated due to his sex, finding that CAFS terminated because he was credibly accused of sexually harassing a female coworker and he failed to create a genuine dispute of material fact as to whether his sex motivated his termination.
