Scott Cockerham has joined Allen & Overy as a partner in its US projects, energy, natural resources and infrastructure practice, the firm said Thursday.
Cockerham focuses on the tax aspects of investments across the renewable energy and energy transition landscape as well as providing tax and commercial advice on the development, financing, and purchase and sale of energy and infrastructure projects, according to Allen & Overy.
He served as a partner in the global energy and infrastructure team at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe.
